Bamboo Weaving · Xiangxi
This traditional craft combines artistry and technique to create intricate and durable bamboo products. It involves selecting suitable bamboo, splitting and preparing it into thin strips. The weaving process consists of 3 steps: preparing the base, weaving by interlacing strips into desired patterns, and securing the ends for durability and aesthetics.
The products showcase bamboo weaving in DIY kits, accompanied by educational materials on the process and everyday artisanal ornaments. With a focus on weaving techniques, I blend commerce and culture to popularize this traditional art.

Miao Painting · Miao (Hmong)
An ancient, rustic, and highly decorative art form created by the Miao (Hmong) ethnic group based on their way of life and aesthetic consciousness. It originated from the ancient Puyi people's carved tattoos, expressing the Miao people's aspirations for a better life. It commemorates the historical experiences and cultural values of the Miao people, reflecting a belief system rooted in their polytheistic worldview.
The design incorporates constellations as elements, along with corresponding Miao painting totems. The products are made in a DIY format, creating ornaments and figurines. The provided kits allow users to paint and craft according to the patterns.

Oil Painting · Peking Opera
This acrylic painting draws inspiration from the Liyuan Theatre in Beijing, China, where traditional theatrical architecture harmonizes with the performances of nationally acclaimed opera artists. The vivid depictions on stage of the characters in Peking Opon stage left indelible imprints in my childhood memories. This artwork encapsulates my perception of the Theatre as an idyllic escape and my nostalgia towards hometown.
